I use my website as the email server and just use the report email settings. I had posted this before and said I like this because you don't have to set up any email client it just goes right thru my server

You can have the report cc the person who is sending it. That way they get a copy in their outlook. I want to automatically email our shipment verifications. The verifications are sent as PDF attachments. We use outlook. For every email, we have the email box come up that makes us hit ‘send’. Is there code to prevent this from coming up each time? Still in 7.6 Jim
