A few suggestions:

Un-Check and then Check again on the "Watch Variables" to
restore all values
OR
02. Exit R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 and then ...
Use the "RBG95_64_Default_Settings.exe", a stand-alone utility to restore
R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 Default Settings.
\RBTI\RBG95_64\RBG95_64_Default_Settings.exe
OR
03. Last but not least
Exit R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 and then ...
Delete the existing registry value for "Trace Window" only.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\R:BASE Technologies\RBG95_64\Trace Window
This technique will allow you to delete the corrupted value for TRACE.
New values will be registered when you will start the RBG95_64 again.
