I recently got the Samsung tablet that has 8 and atom proc.  My compiled app
works fine over network, I need to get satelite copy of 9.5 to put on.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - New laptop

Rats!

Over the weekend my vehicle was broken into and they went through the backseat
to the trunk.
Of course my laptop was in there, a 2012 Dell 3750 with Windows 7 on it (not to
mention a bunch of non-uploaded work in RBASE). This guy really scored in the
electronics area on me (iPad 2, iPod classic, GPS, cell phone, etc.).

I can't fully wait for my laptop to show up again but need to begin shopping
again.
I usually like to kill 2 birds with one stone.

My company sends techs into the field and we usually use a PC at the shop and a
portable for field work but I'm thinking of combing now with the release of
Windows 8 tablets. Which would lead me to pick up one to make sure we can
deploy
compiled 9.5 properly.

Thoughts?

Jan
