Version 9.1. It happens on isolated computers and the other non-R:Base
applications active on the same computers at the time are not affected, only
the R:Base application blinks. I am going to write code to see if I can
isolate when it happens.

What would be nice is an option such as:

SET TRACELOG ON

SET TRACELOG OFF

That would write to a file every command executed so a history of command
executed before the problem can be reviewed.

Never saw that! What version? Does it freeze up at the same time?

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Screen flickering

I have run into this strange issue at a few workstations at a client. The
application screen and icon begin to flicker at random times, more
particularly if the workstation has been idle for a while (15-20 minutes);
all the other non R:Base applications continue to work correctly and it is
only the R:Base application and icon that flicker. I have notice the same
behavior occasionally when I access the system via VPN and Remote Desktop
the application will start flickering and in all cases the only solution is
to terminate the application via the Windows Task Manager.
There are no timers in the application or forms. All work stations have
similar video cards and are similarly configured. Has anyone run into
something like this?
