Here's how ...
01. Start R:BASE eXtreme 9.5
02. CONNECT dbname
03. Database Explorer | Forms ...
Open the form in form designer
04. While in Form Designer, right-click on Enhanced DB Grid control
Enhanced DB Grid control | Object Property | Columns ...
Select the column and click on [Column Properties] button
05. Enhanced DB Grid Column Properties | Filter ...
Select Type as "Column Values"
06. Save form and close the form designer
07. Run the form

08. Click on the column filter drop-down list and notice the
distinct column values, including "<Empty>".

09. Select "<Empty>" from the list for NULL rows

Notice the filtered rows with only empty (NULL) column values
