[RBASE-L] - Command .INI file

I always thought the Command.INI file in the current directory held the 
syntax accessed by the F5 key.

I moved an old very customized Command INI from a previous DB to my 
current directory, overwriting the one shipped with 9.5.
RBEdit Command.ini  brings up my old file as expected.
Type Pause(F5), and the syntax comes up from the new Command.INI shipped 
with 9.5
