Yes!

Here's how ...

After using the PROPERTY Image CaptureFromVideo 'TRUE' command to initiate
the Video Camera Capture, you can specify the Color Space/Compression, and
the Output Size as follows:

Video Camera Capture | Output ... | Properties | Output Size ...

Select one of the following options:

. 160 x 120
. 176 x 144
. 320 x 240
. 640 x 480
. 1280 x 720
. 1280 x 800
. 1280 x 1024

Then, click on [Apply] button to save image output properties.

That's all there is to it!
