Albert:

At San Diego SAT, a young lady was running RBASE 95(??) passably well within
a Windows shell on her MAC laptop.

Can't recall [ 32 | 64 ], don't know OS version. But she might be a good
"shout out" on the list.

If she doesn't respond, call me 'coz I may know someone with the answers.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Mac?

Has anyone successfully run R:Base 95 (64) on a Mac running Leopard? My
Knights of Columbus Council runs a soapbox derby every year. We're no doubt
too late for this year, but for next year I would like to put a satellite to
my system on their Mac for this couple of weeks each year. We are not rich,
just like every other volunteer group, but we can spring for a satellite
license. That would save some work in getting all the entries in before the
race day.

1. A few years ago the spreadsheet guru could not be found, and I
R:Base'd the derby for two local councils.
2. Most of the data arrives at a local office that runs Mac only.
3. It would be more convenient for all if the data could be entered
directly by the office owner.

Thanks for any ideas anyone has.
Albert
