Thanks Razz.
Now I need to know how to change the icon. I have created an icon and used it
for my compiled app. It shows the icon when looking at the file but when I
created a desktop shortcut the R shows. Am I doing something wrong?
Fritz, I have recently started using external forms and in my opinion they are
the best thing since 'bread and butter'

Tom,

Any resource file(s), if included under Additional Resources, with
specific compiler project, are relevant to that
 particular compiled
project (.exe) ONLY.

Additional Resources may include External Form Files, R:BASE Forms,
R:BASE Reports, R:BASE Labels, Themes, Runtime Licenses, Plugins,
and any Misc. Files such as Command Files, External EEPs, R:BASE
Gateway (.RGW) files.

Having stated that, if your main startup External Form File calls
another External Form File, make sure to either place that External
Form File in the same .EXE folder or include that External Form File
under the Additional Resources also (the recommended option).

If any of the Additional Resources file(s) are updated using the
development environment, make sure to UPDATE all Additional Resource
File(s) prior to re-compiling the project.

For more details, tips, and techniques, refer to RCompiler95_32.pdf
or RCompiler95_64.pdf installed under the appropriate installation
folder.

Very Best
 R:egards,

Razzak.
