TRY:
SELECT +
j1.col1,t3.col3 FROM ((table1 t1 LEFT OUTER JOIN +
table2 t2 ON t1.col1 = t2.col1) J1 LEFT OUTER JOIN t3 ON J1.col1 +
= t3.col1)
NOTE addition of parenthesis and the addition of the J1 to indicate the first
join that is connected to the second join.
I had to eliminate the T2.Col1 value since it is the same as the T1.Col1 and
since the entire first join isindicated by J1 I could not find the method of
specifying the common column for the two tables.

unable to create multiple joins. Does RBase allow multiple joins as: SELECT
t1.col1,t2.col1,t3.col3 FROM table1 t1 LEFT OUTER JOIN table2 t2 ON t1.col1 =
t2.col1 LEFT OUTER JOIN t3 ON t1.col1 = t3.col1 ?
