We are looking for good barcode readers to help us
sort/warehouse/refurb retail
store returns. All items should have ISBN or barcodes IDs. The

came, where it

There are many
barcode readers on the market. Are there any that really standout

with RBase?
Tom,
Technically, any barcode reader, if configured correctly, will work
with R:BASE!
Among the most popular barcode readers, such as, pen wands, slot scanners,
Charge-Couple Device ( CCD ) scanners, image scanners, and laser scanners, the
laser scanners work reliably and can easily read a bar code up to 24
inches away.
To reduce the possibility of errors, a laser scanning may perform up
to 500 scans
per second. Specialized long-range laser scanners are capable of reading a bar
code up to 30 feet away.
Hope that helps!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
