Yes it is. Depending on the program using your datasource, and the results
of your first attempt to set up the data source, you may want to do this:

Create a new shortcut on your desktop, with a Target
of %windir%\sysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
(The normal Win 64 "Administrative Tools" / "Data Sources" is pointing to a
Target of %windir%\system32\odbcad32.exe)

Name your new shortcut "Data Sources 32-bit" and use it to set up your DSN
