All:

For anyone who needs to catalog and perform ad-hoc searches through several
thousand emails contained in any number of accounts in any number of Outlook
OST files.

My situation: litigation support. Rapid, real-time, ad-hoc analysis of who
sent what to whom, when? Who got copies? Who responded?

Well-deserved kudos again to Dream Team, who finished this out since Friday
last.

R:OUTLINK 95(64) plugin extracts into .CSV fields:

[ FOLDER: | RECEIVED: | FROM: | TO: | CC: | BCC: | SUBJECT: | BODY: ]

Example:

...ready for GATEWAY into R:BASE for manipulation.

EXAMPLE #1:

--Set Export Error Log Variable
CLS
SET VAR vExportError TEXT
PLUGIN ROUTLINK vExport +
|ACTION EXPORT_EMAIL +
|DATE_FROM 08/18/2015 +
|DATE_TO 08/19/2015 +
|SCAN_FOLDER \\[email protected]\inbox +
|SCAN_FOLDER \\[email protected]\razzak_tips +
|EXCLUDE_FOLDER \\[email protected]\oterro +
|EXCLUDE_FOLDER \\[email protected]\sent +
|EXPORT_FILE D:\GATEWAY\Rbytes_Export.csv +
|SUPPRESS_OUTLOOK_SECURITY ON
RETURN

... exports from my R:LIST account. Note selectable date range, multiple
scan folders, multiple exclusions.

EXAMPLE #2:

--Set Export Error Log Variable
CLS
SET VAR vExportError TEXT
PLUGIN ROUTLINK vExport +
|ACTION EXPORT_EMAIL +
|DATE_FROM 08/18/2015 +
|DATE_TO 08/19/2015 +
|SCAN_FOLDER \\ +
|EXPORT_FILE D:\GATEWAY\All_Export.csv +
|SUPPRESS_OUTLOOK_SECURITY ON
RETURN

... pulls everything for all email accounts.

TO:, CC: and BCC: field addresses are separated with [ <sp> | <sp> ]

Possible enhancements:
1. Automatic marking of threaded messages embedded within the body
text.
2. An ATTACHMENT field capturing attachment file names [ filename |
filename | filename ]
3. Possible extraction of attached files into designated folder.

Totally useful as is.
