FWIW ...
Oterro does not include a front-end GUI stuff with all forms/report
capabilities.
Use R:WebReports 9.5 or R:Mail 9.5 with R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 database(s).
Use R:WebReports X (Version 10) or R:Mail X (Version 10) with R:BASE
X database(s).
