Razzak,

This is the public "behind the scenes" thank you for turning around a
private update to help out with a critical business issue in displaying
these types of "blobs" in literally a few hours. After these many years of
working with you and the team I still am amazed at what manages to get
accomplished.

Best regards, Ken

Subject: [RBASE-L] - Importing (SATTACHing) Images (BLOBs) from SQL Server
Database

Monday, November 9, 2015

To R:BASE Community:

Using R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (64) and R:BASE X Enterprise (Version 10), many of
you may have imported SQL Server database tables with BLOB(s) as transparent
PNG images.

Once SATTACHed and then PROJECTed as R:BASE native table(s) successfully,
you may be able to manage those images using the built-in R:BASE BLOB
Editor.
However, if you
wish to display those transparent PNG images in Forms, Labels, or Reports,
make sure to apply the upcoming update of R:BASE eXtreme 9.5 (64), Build:
9.5.5.21111 and/or
R:BASE X Enterprise (Ver 10), Build: 10.0.1.11111 or higher.
