If you have used the GRANT/REVOKE technique to assign PRIVILEGES, you can
UNLOAD the database SCHEMA to a file and then look for the block of code
starting with .....
SET USER PASSWORD FOR `xxxxx` TO `xxxx`
GRANT ....
Copy the code and then save to a file to be used in the production
database.
Note: You must use the OWNER privileges to UNLOAD/GRANT/REVOKE to perform
such routines.
