Depending on your version of installed R:BASE ...
C:\RBTI\RBG95_32 | RBG95_32.ico
C:\RBTI\RBG95_64 | RBG95_64.ico
C:\RBTI\RBGX | RBGX.ico
C:\RBTI\RBGXE | RBGXE.ico
Select the appropriate icon file, verify, and click on [OK] and then [Apply].
