Karen,

When defining pop-up menu on a field, R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5+) 
and higher does not require the optional/starting command 
with WHERE clause. 

The optional WHERE clause is defined by the pop-up itself. 
All previous versions did not mind the redundant WHERE clause.

Have fun with 6.5+!
