Bill,
I've used ActionFront.com to do data recover for me from hard drive failure.
They do provide recover services for many types of media.

Hope this helps!

Subject: OFF Topic ( MO to CD conversion )
Does anyone know of a service to convert data from MO to CD?
I have two 5.25" - 1 GB rewritable optical disk cartridges (Panasonic
LM-D702W & Duette M-721) with 500MB per side that were created about1994.
Our drive for reading the cartridges was not functioning and was discarded
several years ago. As far as I know, there was no problem with the
cartridges. We do not have the drive and can not recall the name of the
drive that wrote the data to the cartridges.
I do not recall the exact contents of the cartridges and am interested in
getting an estimate for reading the information and transferring to CD-R for
our use.
Thanks. Bill Niehaus
