In RBWin 6.5 (latest patch) I sometimes will exit a form, go to modify the
design, and get the message:
"The form designer cannot run while the form is running"
I'll exit RB and reenter and redesign.
This won't be a user issue, but it mystifies me. There is no form window
running? (Not if you look under "Window" on the menu.)
