Karen,
This may be too simple and I haven't tried it yet. Try this on one of your
workstations and see if it works. change the name of the default printer
to "DEFAULT." Then use the PRNSETUP ("default") command and see what
happens. If this works, change the names of the default printer on each
workstation. If for some reason you need the name as it is, set up a
second identical printer and name it DEFAULT.
