Bob -

A view can only have five tables if it is created using the Query screens in
DOS. The user has always had the ability to create a more complex view via
a command file.

Subject: Number of tables per view

Hello Everyone:

I was just reading some of the documentation at
RSYNTAX.com. Under "views" it stated that a view was a
combination of 1 to 10 tables. Is this something new? I
was always under the impression that views could only
handle five tables. Maybe I'm showing my age. Can anyone
enlighten me on this. Thanx.
