Thanks for your quick response to the PHONE command issue. It goes without saying that RBTI is the best at supporting a product and listening to their customers. I work with a lot of different vendors. NONE can compare the level of support that we get from RBTI.
Just a war story ...... For the past 2 months I have been trying to resolve a problem with a software vendor ( located in the UK) that provides fax server application software for one of our products. Even though we have proven (multiple times) that the problem is in their program, they are telling me that a fix will not be made available for at least 4 to 6 months. The fix will be included in the next MAJOR re-write of their program. Meanwhile my customers and my technicians suffer. This company is no longer our vendor. This company could learn a lot from RBTI.
