I'm pleased to announce the official release of the
shipping version of yet another long-awaited and
long-tested R:BASE 2000 (version 6.5++) for DOS and
Windows.
R:BASE 2000 (version 6.5++) has gone through all the
checks and balances of our dedicated and loyal Beta
Testers. Once again, we ran the most historical beta
test ever in the history of R:BASE!
R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for DOS/Windows is the final
result of Commitment, Dedication and Team Work of all
active members of the R:BASE Developers' Corner Crew
(R:DCC), RBTI Helping Hands and our talented RBTI
Development Team, headed by Wayne Erickson, the founder
of R:BASE and the head of R:Team.
Since the release of the first private beta on January 28,
2001, R:BASE 2000 (version 6.5++) has been regularly tested
by over 116 R:DCC members, including R:BASE Developers,
Users, Customers and future R:BASE 2000 prospects.
As scheduled, all pre-orders will ship today as well as all
online download order notifications via our fully automated
private e-mail system using the NEW FEATURES included in
R:BASE 2000 (version 6.5++) for Windows.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all beta
testers, especially those who have been very instrumental,
even until the day before the final release.
