        The TEMPORARY tables were specifically developed to be used with
STATICDB on or off.  I use PROJECT TEMPORARY tablename with STATICDB set to
ON in several applications.  When STATICDB is on PROJECT will execute but
the table it produces is temporary.  (That was a shock.  I was looking for
the error message that would be produced when I discovered this.)
