Dale,

Keeping up with today's ever-changing technology and
incorporating R:BASE/OTERRO to provide a total solution
for current needs has always been a challenge on which
I thrive.

Implementing R:BASE/Oterro/Tango (R:Tango) was a result of
my personal efforts to provide a WEB solution to my customers
since 1996 and then to the entire R:BASE community since 1998.

Nobody can deny my personal affection with R:Tango and the
solutions we have provided to our active customers. We have
even made some engine level changes to make Tango work with
Oterro 2000 (ver 2.0) and Oterro 2000 (ver 2.5).

I had a very good business relationship with Everyware, the
original owners of Tango, and then Pervasive, to provide a
WEB solution to our LOYAL and CURRENT R:BASE community.

Now that the ownership of Tango has changed hands, once again
I'll do my best to do the same with new owners. I'm sure they
will need some help, as they don't have any DBMS to offer to
their client base, nor can they afford to support their product
to R:BASE Community without a mutually beneficial business
relationship with R:BASE Technologies, Inc. In fact, we DO have
other options to provide a WEB solution to our R:BASE Community.

Meanwhile, you ALL (R:Tango 2000 users) have the legal, perpetual
and no expiration license to use R:Tango 2000 (best version ever)
as long as you want.

We at RBTI will still support R:Tango 2000 and will continue
to provide state-of-the-art WEB solutions to our loyal and
dedicated customers.

On the other hand, we at RBTI have also made an effort to
make Oterro 2000 (ver 2.0) and Oterro 2000 (2.5) to be fully
compatible with other WEB solutions, like:

. R:Java (to be announced at R:BASE Developers' Conference)
. R:Express (to be announced at R:BASE Developers' Conference)
. WEB Objects
. Cold Fusion
. WebSphere
. Crystal Enterprise
. ASP

Stay tuned for more ...

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.

PS.
In reference to R:Java and R:Express, I was waiting until the
R:BASE Developers' Conference in October, but, this might be
the right time to announce it.
