OK .. here's my quandary:

I am using an old version of 4.5++ to generate files for later printing to
the hard drive.
Not to point fingers, but the folks who set up the end-user's workstation
has NOT added the Novell 'capture' command properly to snatch "type file.nam
> lpt1" to the print queue properly and all hell has broken loose. The
capture was in there when I left this site a year ago (I had set the user(s)
with the line in their config/login), but a server crash and the 'new
configuration files for users done by our IT dept.' has failed to capture
LPT1 and the client can no longer print a simple text file (well .. simple
text file with HP control codes all through it).

Is there a way to get a Novell workstation (running Win98 as the client) to
pass raw printer info to the queue from a DOS command line? By a simple
one-line command? When the user has about zilch for permissions to do
anything?

Thanks in advance.
