Seems to me I remember codelock did not like comments as the first line in a
command block.
Try putting in any command before the comments.

I am trying to use the new QUIT command in RBW 6.5++ (1.842xRT03) :
QUIT TO BlockName IN ProcName
QUIT TO bureau IN apexp11.apx
should run the followin block which was saved in file APEXP11.APP and
codelocked in file APEXP11.APX
It return error 2045 (Syntax is incorrect for the command QUIT).
