Issue with RULES in RBW6.5++ ?

Hi all,

I notice something uncomfortable in the way RULES/CONSTRAINTS are managed
in RBW ...

Here is my table definition :

CREATE TABLE centre ( +
   ccentre      TEXT (1)  NOT NULL ('Indiquer le code du Centre'),  +
   libelle      TEXT (30) NOT NULL ('Indiquer le nom du Centre') +
   )
ALTER TABLE centre ADD PRIMARY KEY (ccentre) +
   ('Cr�ation impossible : Ce code est d�j� affect� � un autre Centre', +
   'Suppression impossible : Ce code est r�f�renc� dans une autre table', +
   'Modification impossible : Ce code est r�f�renc� dans une autre table')


 When user attempted to enter a duplicate value, focus should return to
ccentre, but it return to libelle.
Problem happen with form, but also with BROWSE/EDIT.

Using 1.842xRT03 (but same problem happen with 6.1a).

Can somebody confirm this issue ?

Do you consider it is a bug ?
