This mail, titled "VIRUS ALERT" had no text, only 4 attached files. One of
them is called "Blank Bkgrd.gif" Not likely I'll open it. The other three
were given random names by my e-mail reader. But I'm not opening them
either.
As far as I can tell, the message was posted on the list by Gene Hurst. If
it is, could you let us know what this is?
I will say that, out of curiosity, I scanned the files with Norton AV which
says that the files are virus free. I just thought it was kind of ironic
that a message with such a header would encourage unsafe computing practice
