Jim,
I highly recommend to use install programs to load
or install ANY Windows programs, including R:BASE for
Windows, on Windows operating systems!
Simply creating a shortcut for RBG.EXE executable DOES
NOT install all required DLLs or any configuration
files on the local machine.
Of course, you also need to check RBASE.INI.
