install 6.5++ win

I added a new drive to my computer (80GB) it is drive F:

rbg65.exe was installed on drive E: but not anymore.

rbg65.exe is nowhere to be found.

I want to re-install it on drive F: but it keeps defaulting to E:

and says there is no room on E: (which is true).

I tried to remove it but remove also says there is no room on E:

So where is it that still thinks it's on E:

and how do I install it on F:
