Fixed
With the help of RBTI tech support, we were able to track the problem down
to an issue with Oterro 2.00.01 which is the Oterro version that comes w/
R:tango 2000. I changed versions of Oterro to 2.00.02 which is the shipping
unlimited version of Oterro, and it fixed the problem.
