No .. It's NOT a bug!
. Forms/Reports/Labels are saved as images after you design and save them.
. All parameters are also saved as of the last known state of data type and
the length of column(s).
. After designing and saving the form, IF you make any schema changes to
the column length (such as, from TEXT 12 to TEXT 14), you need to open
the Form/Report/Label again and simply touch the object and save it.
