I wholeheartedly agree. I haven't met Razzak but his concern for the
problems of others and the personal time he is prepared to give sets him
apart from most Execs. I'm sure a small part of this rubs off on the Group
in the way that when they have time, those with greater skill and
experience are so very willing and able to help others with their problems.
Our is a somewhat unique profession. Many of us work as loners, yet this
level of support makes such a difference in getting the most out of a
tremendous product - and in helping us to become much more solution
orientated. There are often many ways to tackle a problem and this list
usually offers them all.
Now that I have also 'discovered' the mail archive on
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/index.html it has freed up so
much space in my mail storage. I enclose the full address in case others
have not.
