I have found the same problem. The forms only had 5 buttons each. I have not found a
fix yet. In my case the memory is not the problem.
I will be following this email to see what solutions come up.

I have a feeling that your available free memory is running at marginal levels.
You did not specified on your post if your buttons had images. If this is so, try
cutting the size of the images by 20% to increase your overall system available
memory.
