With Win 98 OS, running RB6.5++ (DOS), one could control the "sound" of the BEEP command by changing the "Default Sound" under "Sounds" in "Settings".
Running Win 2000 Pro OS, the BEEP does Not work (for me) when running RB6.5++ (DOS). There is No "Default Sound" in the list under "Sounds & Multimedia" in "Settings". How do you get the BEEP to make a sound when running RB6.5++ (DOS)? Running RB6.5++ (WIN) (with Win 2000 Pro OS) Does produce a sound with BEEP, but which "sound parameter" do you change in "Sounds & Multimedia" to change the BEEP sound when running RB6.5++ (WIN)?
