Several times when I have removed Foreign Keys from multiple tables that reference the same Primary Key the references flag on SYS_INDEXES stays set. Once this happens the no rows can be deleted from the table with the Primary Key and the table can not be dropped. This cannot be repaired with R:Scope. After this happens the DB has become corrupted. The only solution has been a complete reload of the data base. The last time, the unload would not completely execute.
I am deleting the keys using the menus not SQL commands. Has anyone had this problem. Is there a more effective way to make sure the refernce flag is cleared or is there a simpler way to clear this up once it happens. I am using 6.51. Steve
