Damon,

As Radio Buttons are associated with one table and 
form a group, you will NOT see more than one item 
when using the field order.

Only ONE Radio Button at a time can be selected 
from a group.

In your case, I would suggest to:

01. Delete that particular Radio Button object.

02. Re-arrange the field order accordingly.

03. Locate that Radio Button Object(s)

04. Then, make sure to check the field order for 
    correct sequence.

There you have it ...
