One caution I have is that the carriage returns
will bounce out the entire record on an
UNLOAD & INPUT. When you paste in
data from Word, you'll have carriage returns
in your data.

I have a routine that replaces all the carriage
returns with a paragraph symbol. Then I can
do my UNLOAD & INPUT and not lose
any data.
