Troy, 

The BEST place to keep OTERRO.CFG file: 

01. \Windows
    (If using MS Window 95/98/Me and XP)

02. \WinNT
    (If using MS Window NT or Windows 2000)

You'll NEVER have any problem!

. No duplicate CFGs.
. No incompatible CFGs.
. No CFGs with different settings, etc.

And, don't worry about Linux and Java Servers 
at this point <g>.
