Subject: Arragh!! The FUN went away tonight!
I reformatted by hard drive this evening and reloaded:
WIN 98 second edition
Rbase DOS 6.5 1.834xRT03
A backup of my database
A backup of my EXPRESS created Application
Put the PATH=C:\RBTI\RBDOS65 back into autoexec.bat
Put FILES=50
and BUFFERS=20 back into config.sys
And rebooted.
Everything works EXCEPT. . . . . . . . . . . . .
======================================
APPLICATION EXPRESS now much prior to saving gives me this error:
**** "The maximum application size has been exceeded." ****
With my "brain fade" active WHAT did I fail to do?
Files are the following sizes
App.API = 50K
App.APP = 66K 2194 lines of application according to msWORD
App.APX = 107K
Should there be an EMM statement in the config.sys file?
I didn't save it before I reformatted.
Comments please. I need the FUN again.
