Patrick, 

At your client's site:

01. Using windows explorer, search for RBASE.INI file.

02. Make sure that there is ONLY one RBASE.INI file in PATH.

03. Using any text editor or notepad, verify the following entries:

    Example:

    MSGPath=C:\RBTI\RBWIN65
    HelpPath=C:\RBTI\RBWIN65
    CFGFile=C:\RBTI\RBWIN65\RBASE.CFG 

04. Launch TGRB2000 (ver 6.5++), Build: 1.842xRT03.

    At the R> Prompt:

    CONNect DBName

    FORM Formname

05. Right Click on Region > Remove Tiers

    Check Field Settings for Column/Variable Objects accordingly.

    Add Tiers ...

06. Save Form.
