Rbase for Windows. Customer moves to a new PC and ends up with an old printer driver. (RBase app no longer works.) They go to the Internet and download the most recent driver.
So now they have in Settings, Printers: Printer Name Printer Name (copy 2) They set the default to "copy 2" and Word and Excel work OK again, but not Rbase app. We deleted the "bad printer" and renamed Printer Name (copy 2) to just Printer Name. In Printer Setup, Work and Excel only show one printer (put it's still "copy 2"). RBase app still shows both printers and doesn't work no matter which one is selected. ????? I'm thinking maybe delete the last/only printer and reinstall the driver. But looking for a quick fix.
