I have 2 images loaded into a table (both GIF type) - I load them into 2
variables in my report as type VARBIT -

variable vcheck = GIF of a checked box
variable vuncheck = GIF of an unchecked box

I then attempt to define a variable in the report:

vcopy varbit = (ifeq(copy#1return,0,.vcheck,.vuncheck))

Seems straightforward: 0 = vcheck, 1 = vuncheck.

The error I get is "An expression cannot contain a global variable of type
varbit"

As this method doesn't seem to fly, is there a preferred way to do what I am
trying to do?

Thanks!
Charley
