G'day MArc, Your dead give away clue in your last email was the fact that a choose displays after you close the form.
Several times I have wrestled with the same issue or a called form not displaying til I close the form containing the call. EVERY time it turned out to be a coding error on my part. Usually the error was some time before the failure to display the CHOOSE or form. Many of those times TRACE would not surrender an error message despite severe and extreme threats and neither would setting messages\error messages on. I just wish I could remember what my bugs were so I could point you in the right direction. Start looking prior to where it actually fails.
