Is there a max no. of lines in CHOOSE? 6.5++ win

I have 21 lines to display in a choose box.  The 21st line only shows up when you scroll down. If I add another line near the top, then the last 2 lines do not show up (unless you scroll down) I have set lines to 30 and no difference.
