R:Tango 2000 is a phenomenal product suite.

We focus on web database applications and use RT2K everyday.

If you are serious about web databases, R:Tango is a great way to go.  After
all, we are talking RBASE here.  Can't do serious db work unless you have a
serious db engine.

Tango allows a comprehensive way of managing application code.  Even has
"application expresslets" like Search Builder or New Record Builder that can
jumpstart the learning curve.  But, of course, one soon finds that rolling
your own is just as appropriate for this environment as in "regular" RBASE.

Bottom line... works very well for us.
