Steven - the memory leak persistence is a chronic problem with W2K.  We have added in 
our menu loops a small command file that checks for the (ENVVAL('COMSPEC')), and if it 
contains 'WINNT' we do a ZIP RETURN /C EXIT
to free up the memory.  We add a pause 3 to tell the user why he/she is losing 3 
seconds of their life. They don't like it, but the alternative is worse, so they 
accept it.
