Is there a logical function like IFEQ, IFGT, IFLT in Rbase 6.5++ that will allow for not equal.
It would be cool if there was some command like: RHpa = (IFNE(stfmbr , .vstfmbr ,ctxt(Paragraph), ' ' )) that would compare stfmbr to .vstfmbr.
